Consistency is key at the Gander & Goose, all in-house beverages and signature ingredients come from the Ganso Barony - shipped in by the week - always ensuring the finest quality ingredients.

Signature Beverages:

Gandale: a smooth medium-bodied ale aged in the finest oak barrels infused with pear wood and a hint of cinnamon. 

Golden Goose: honey infused premium mead with a velvet texture from sunshine honey that evokes the feelings of honey bees midsummer, right in the Baron’s own apiary. Topped off with a tinge of honeysuckle delight.

Goose Feather (Non-Alcoholic): drift in the clouds, chilled milk swirls with flavours of flavours of mint, vanilla, or coffee. Whisked into a blend of cream and milk and arcane ingredients for weightless quality. Perfect for those wanting delight without the intoxicating aftermath. Great for those that prefer a fun beverage without the side effects. May induce feelings of a slow descent.

All signature beverages come with a Gander & Goose signature goose head tankard and topped with a Snow Goose feather plucked from the Baron’s own aviary.
